You will work across the full stack to design, ship, and scale complex web applications that process large volumes of unstructured data and integrate with enterprise ERP and CRM systems. The work is fast-paced and has direct impact on the core product.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the architecture and design of AI systems end-to-end.\n\nCollaborate with other engineers across the full stack to deliver features at pace.\n\nBuild data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.\n\nDeploy and manage software in cloud environments using modern CI/CD practices.\n\nMake the backend scalable, stable, and efficient as usage grows.\n\nDevelop reusable components and well-structured API layers.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable code with sensible test coverage.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of full-time professional engineering experience; working-student or internship-only backgrounds do not qualify.\n\nStrong proficiency building end-to-end web applications with Next.js/React on the frontend and Python on the backend.\n\nBackend-capable full-stack profile rather than a frontend-focused one.\n\nSolid experience designing scalable APIs and reusable backend structures.\n\nExperience building data pipelines for large-scale unstructured data.\n\nProficiency with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.\n\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.\n\nExperience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD workflows.\n\nPractical experience with ML/NLP technologies, including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF, with production deployments preferred.\n\nExperience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production environments is a plus.\n\nA product-minded mindset with a demonstrable track record of shipping complex applications.\n\nAbility to clearly articulate past engineering decisions and accomplishments.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 80,000 to 130,000 EUR annually, depending on experience.\n\nVisa sponsorship is not available for this role.\n\nLocation\nOn-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
