You will own a portfolio of around 30 accounts and serve as a trusted adviser to senior decision-makers, while specialist teams handle campaign execution.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, maintaining regular contact with managing directors and other decision-makers.\n\nLead biweekly client meetings to discuss growth priorities, performance, and next steps.\n\nAdvise clients on growth strategy, customer acquisition, and opportunities to improve retention.\n\nIdentify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts.\n\nUse account and campaign data to assess outcomes, communicate performance, and guide recommendations.\n\nCoordinate with marketing and go-to-market specialists who deliver campaign execution.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to five years of B2B experience, including direct ownership of client accounts.\n\nA track record supported by measurable results, such as portfolio size, retention, or upsell performance.\n\nExperience advising managing directors or other senior business decision-makers.\n\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data.\n\nExperience with retention, cross-selling, or upselling for B2B clients.\n\nHands-on experience in outbound, lead generation, or B2B acquisition is beneficial.\n\nConsulting, startup, agency, or founder support experience is useful, as is familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or CRM systems.\n\nNative-level German is required; good English is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual base salary of €50,000 to €70,000, plus 12.5% commission on monthly recurring revenue. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office.
