You will own client relationships and provide strategic guidance, while specialist teams handle campaign execution.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage a portfolio of around 30 B2B clients and serve as their main point of contact.\n\nMeet regularly with managing directors and other decision-makers to discuss growth priorities and advise on strategy.\n\nMonitor account performance, retention, and opportunities to expand client relationships.\n\nUse data and commercial insights to identify growth opportunities and guide client decisions.\n\nCoordinate with marketing and technical specialists to support client plans.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 2 to 5 years of B2B experience with direct ownership of client accounts.\n\nA track record with measurable results, such as account portfolio size, retention, or upsell performance.\n\nExperience advising managing directors or other senior decision-makers.\n\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, data, and reporting.\n\nExperience with upselling, cross-selling, or retaining B2B clients.\n\nNative-level German is required; strong English is helpful.\n\nExperience with CRM tools, B2B acquisition, or performance marketing is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary of €50,000 to €70,000 annually, plus 12.5% commission on monthly recurring revenue. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office.
