You will shape recruiting, culture, and community while working across teams to help attract talent and build connections.\nWhat You'll Do\nCommunicate the company's vision through clear, engaging storytelling.\n\nFind and connect with candidates, AI researchers and engineers, and other people in relevant technical communities.\n\nHelp define company culture and values, screen candidates, and develop onboarding for new hires.\n\nOwn recruiting processes with the Chief of Staff, including improving systems, tools, and automated workflows.\n\nCollaborate on community events, industry representation, and content creation.\n\nWork with go-to-market teams to identify and establish pathways to high-priority contacts.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to eight years of relevant experience, including experience in an early-stage startup.\n\nExperience managing end-to-end recruiting and building recruiting operations, tools, and workflows.\n\nStrong skills in connecting with people in technical communities, such as through recruiting, go-to-market, or ecosystem building.\n\nAbility to understand and clearly explain technical products related to frontier AI agents and training data.\n\nExperience defining culture and values, developing onboarding, creating marketing or community content, and hosting events.\n\nConnections in reinforcement learning research or engineering, or broader startup communities, are valuable.\n\nA portfolio of professional writing and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary: $100,000 to $150,000 USD.
