You will help shape recruiting, culture, and community while making complex technical products easy to understand.\nWhat You'll Do\nCommunicate the company's vision and build interest through clear, engaging storytelling.\n\nFind and connect with candidates, AI researchers and engineers, and other important members of the AI ecosystem.\n\nDefine company culture and values, and develop candidate screening and new hire onboarding processes.\n\nOwn end-to-end recruiting in partnership with the Chief of Staff, improving systems, tools, and automated workflows.\n\nPartner with marketing and events teammates to host community gatherings, attend industry events, and create content.\n\nWork with go-to-market engineers to identify introductions and connection paths to priority leads.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience owning end-to-end recruiting and recruiting operations at an early-stage startup, including tools and workflow improvements.\n\nAbility to understand and accurately explain technical products related to frontier AI agents, reinforcement learning, and training data.\n\nExperience engaging people in technical communities through recruiting, go-to-market work, or ecosystem building.\n\nExperience shaping company culture and values, and creating onboarding processes.\n\nExperience organizing community or industry events, representing a company, and creating marketing or community content.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nA network in reinforcement learning research, engineering, or startup communities, plus professional writing samples.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $130,000 to $225,000 annually.
