You will own real programs across multiple channels from day one, helping connect top talent with high-growth startups faster and more intelligently than traditional job boards.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content and brand, SEO, partnerships, and events, each measured by clear outcomes.\n\nRun outbound cold email programs end-to-end, including deliverability management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).\n\nPlan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.\n\nProduce and distribute high-velocity content such as blogs, email newsletters, social posts, testimonials, and case studies.\n\nShape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.\n\nBuild marketing partnerships and organize both online and offline events to drive meaningful turnout.\n\nTreat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate quickly.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n0 to 3 years of experience, suited to an intern or new-graduate growth role.\n\nHands-on growth or marketing experience spanning multiple domains, not primarily data, consulting, or unrelated fields.\n\nDemonstrated ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact, not just execute tasks.\n\nExperience running and optimizing cold email outbound programs and managing email deliverability.\n\nFamiliarity with paid acquisition on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, including campaign planning and optimization.\n\nStrong content creation skills with consistent brand alignment across formats.\n\nSEO knowledge covering topic research, on-page best practices, and internal linking.\n\nExperience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.\n\nComfortable operating with high ownership in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.\n\nBackground in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms is a plus.\n\nLocation\nOn-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
