You will build and run the outbound engine end-to-end, putting the company in front of thousands of qualified prospects every month and directly feeding the sales pipeline.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and operate high-volume email sending infrastructure across dozens of mailboxes and domains, scaling safely to six or seven figures per month.\n\nManage email deliverability end-to-end: domain setup, warmup sequences, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, bounce hygiene, and inbox placement optimization.\n\nWrite and test cold email copy that sounds human and converts, moving well beyond generic templates.\n\nOwn list building and data quality to ensure outreach reaches the right prospects.\n\nDesign and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, send times, and targeting to continuously improve conversion rates.\n\nManage the MarTech and CRM stack, integrating tools such as Smartlead or Instantly to automate and scale outreach.\n\nTurn campaign data into actionable insights that drive pipeline growth.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3 or more years building and operating high-volume email outreach infrastructure at scale (six to seven figures per month sending volume).\n\nExpert-level knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals: domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup protocols, bounce management, and inbox placement optimization.\n\nHands-on experience managing dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains across platforms like Smartlead, Instantly, or comparable high-volume sending tools.\n\nProven ability to write cold email copy that converts, with a human tone and personalization at scale.\n\nExperience building and managing prospect lists and data pipelines for outbound campaigns.\n\nProficiency with modern MarTech and CRM platforms for outbound workflow and campaign execution.\n\nTrack record of designing and running A/B tests and CRO experiments with data-driven decision making.\n\nNative-level German and fluent English are required.\n\nFamiliarity with B2B SaaS outbound motion and sales development workflows is a plus.\n\nExperience with AI voice agent or conversational AI products is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 80,000 to 100,000 EUR annually.
