You'll bridge engineering and revenue, owning the full outbound pipeline while using AI-powered tooling to move fast and sell to a deeply technical audience of ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the end-to-end outbound pipeline, covering targeting, enrichment, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.\n\nBuild and maintain GTM workflows including outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom internal tooling.\n\nUse AI tools aggressively to multiply output through automated scrapers, workflow automation, and bespoke tools.\n\nDevelop and iterate on messaging that resonates with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.\n\nQuickly learn prospect businesses to understand their pain points and workflows.\n\nTrack pipeline metrics and optimize conversion at every stage.\n\nCollaborate with founders to refine and evolve the GTM playbook as the company scales.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with a measurable track record of building GTM motions and closing deals.\n\nStrong technical foundation from a CS or engineering background, or extensive hands-on coding and technical project experience.\n\nDemonstrated ability to hold technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.\n\nDeep familiarity with GTM tooling and experience building outbound systems using tools such as Clay, Apollo, or custom automation.\n\nExperience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML/AI products to technical buyers.\n\nProven use of AI tools to enhance and scale GTM output.\n\nExperience in an early-stage startup environment and comfort operating independently.\n\nFamiliarity with Reinforcement Learning concepts including environments, evals, and benchmarks is a strong plus.\n\nCreative, high-leverage approaches to pipeline generation.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Singapore.
