You will help create end-to-end workflows that turn data and buying signals into qualified pipeline.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild outbound systems, from lead sourcing and enrichment through personalized messaging and campaign execution.\n\nCreate Clay tables using enrichment, waterfall workflows, and AI columns.\n\nDevelop signal-based sequences using indicators such as intent, job changes, and funding activity.\n\nAutomate data and outreach workflows with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.\n\nTrack campaign performance, including replies, booked meetings, and pipeline, and use results to improve workflows.\n\nUse AI tools and large language models to support research, personalization, and GTM operations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nJunior to mid-level experience, typically around 0 to 3 years, with professional experience in outbound, lead generation, RevOps, or growth.\n\nHands-on Clay experience building your own tables with enrichment, waterfalls, and AI columns.\n\nExperience running outbound campaigns with measurable results, such as reply rates, meetings booked, or pipeline generated.\n\nExperience automating workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier, and using AI tools or LLMs for GTM work.\n\nStrong business judgment, analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to build systems end to end.\n\nNative-level German is required. Familiarity with Claude Code, Python, JavaScript, APIs, email deliverability, LinkedIn outreach, or CRM tools such as Pipedrive is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €55,000 to €70,000 annually, with €5,000 in variable compensation. This represents €60,000 to €75,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable). Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office.
