You will build and operate the outbound systems that connect AI and machine learning products with technical buyers, while helping shape the team's go-to-market approach.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the outbound pipeline from prospect targeting and enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.\n\nBuild and maintain email sequences, CRM automations, lead scoring, and custom GTM tooling.\n\nUse AI tools, scrapers, and workflow automation to increase the effectiveness of pipeline generation.\n\nDevelop and improve messaging for ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.\n\nLearn prospects' businesses and workflows to identify relevant needs and communicate product value.\n\nTrack pipeline metrics and improve conversion throughout the outbound process.\n\nWork with company leadership to develop and refine the go-to-market playbook.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, including measurable results building a GTM motion and closing deals.\n\nA computer science or engineering background, or substantial coding and technical project experience.\n\nAbility to understand and engage in technical conversations with AI and engineering buyers.\n\nExperience building outbound workflows, including sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling.\n\nStrong familiarity with GTM tools such as Clay or Apollo, or equivalent custom automation.\n\nExperience using AI tools to build scrapers, automations, or internal tools that improve GTM output.\n\nExperience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML products, ideally in an early-stage startup.\n\nStrong writing skills and familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts such as environments, evaluations, and benchmarks.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $100,000 to $170,000 USD annually.
