This role bridges engineering and revenue, helping technical buyers discover tools for developing and evaluating AI models.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the outbound pipeline from prospect targeting and enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.\n\nBuild and maintain GTM workflows for email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling.\n\nUse AI tools, scrapers, and workflow automation to increase the reach and efficiency of GTM efforts.\n\nDevelop and refine messaging for ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.\n\nLearn prospects' businesses, workflows, and challenges to communicate the product's value.\n\nTrack pipeline metrics and improve conversion throughout the outbound process.\n\nWork with company leaders to develop and refine the go-to-market playbook.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with measurable results building a go-to-market motion and closing deals.\n\nA computer science or engineering background, or substantial coding and technical project experience.\n\nAbility to engage credibly in technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.\n\nExperience building outbound systems and workflows, including sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tools. Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms is useful.\n\nExperience using AI and automation to improve GTM output, and strong written communication for technical audiences.\n\nBackground selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML products, ideally in an early-stage startup.\n\nFamiliarity with reinforcement learning concepts such as environments, evaluations, and benchmarks, and awareness of AI data markets.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $100,000 to $170,000 USD annually.
