You will help create end-to-end workflows that turn prospect data and buying signals into qualified pipeline.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild outbound systems from lead sourcing and enrichment through to personalized messaging and campaign execution.\n\nCreate Clay tables with enrichment workflows, waterfall logic, and AI-powered columns.\n\nDevelop signal-based sequences using indicators such as intent, job changes, and company funding activity.\n\nAutomate GTM workflows with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.\n\nUse campaign performance data to assess results, improve targeting, and refine outreach.\n\nWork with AI and LLM tools and connect workflows to outreach platforms and CRM systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nJunior-to-mid-level experience, typically 0 to 3 years, in outbound, lead generation, RevOps, or growth.\n\nHands-on Clay experience building your own tables with enrichment, waterfalls, and AI columns.\n\nExperience running outbound campaigns with measurable results, such as reply rates, booked meetings, or pipeline generated.\n\nExperience automating workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier, and using AI tools or LLMs for GTM work, such as prompting or Claygent.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and the ability to build end-to-end systems, define target groups, and qualify leads using signals.\n\nAbility to write personalized email or LinkedIn outreach copy.\n\nNative-level German and willingness to work from the Berlin office three days per week, with the first month fully on-site.\n\nExperience with Claude Code, basic Python or JavaScript, APIs, deliverability, outreach tools, or CRM systems is useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual base salary of €55,000 to €70,000, plus €5,000 variable compensation. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid in Berlin, Germany: three days per week in the office and two days remote.
