You will connect engineering and revenue, creating scalable systems to reach technical buyers and grow adoption of tools for building and evaluating AI models.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the outbound pipeline from prospect targeting and enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.\n\nBuild and maintain outbound sequences, CRM automations, lead scoring, and custom GTM tooling.\n\nUse AI tools, scrapers, and workflow automation to increase the reach and efficiency of GTM work.\n\nDevelop and refine messaging for ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.\n\nLearn prospects' businesses, workflows, and pain points to communicate relevant product value.\n\nTrack pipeline metrics and optimize conversion throughout the outbound process.\n\nPartner with the founding team to shape and improve the go-to-market playbook.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with a track record of building a measurable GTM motion and closing deals.\n\nA computer science or engineering background, or substantial experience with coding and technical projects.\n\nExperience building and operating end-to-end outbound pipelines, including targeting, enrichment, outreach, and conversion measurement.\n\nHands-on familiarity with GTM systems such as Clay, Apollo, CRM automation, sequencing, lead scoring, and custom tooling.\n\nExperience using AI tools and automation to improve GTM output and developing messaging for technical buyers.\n\nAbility to engage in technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.\n\nEarly-stage startup experience; experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML products is valuable.\n\nFamiliarity with reinforcement learning concepts such as environments, evaluations, and benchmarks is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $100,000 to $170,000 USD annually.
