# GTM Engineer

About the Role Own and scale the outbound email engine for a growing AI communications business. This role combines deliverability expertise, compelling copywriting, and data-driven experimentation to build a reliable source of qualified pipeline. What You'll Do Build and operate high-volume sending infrastructure across multiple domains and mailboxes. Manage email deliverability, including domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, bounce hygiene, and inbox placement. Write and test personalized cold email copy that feels human and drives responses. Build prospect lists and maintain data quality for outbound campaigns. Run experiments on messaging, subject lines, send times, and targeting, then use results to improve conversion. Manage and integrate outreach, marketing technology, and CRM tools such as Smartlead or Instantly. Analyze campaign performance and share insights that support the sales pipeline. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience building and operating high-volume email outreach infrastructure, including campaigns at six- or seven-figure monthly sending volumes.
