You will create end-to-end workflows that help generate qualified pipeline for the company and its clients, working alongside a team of GTM Engineers.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild outbound systems from lead sourcing and enrichment through personalized messaging and campaign execution.\n\nCreate and maintain Clay tables using enrichment, waterfall workflows, and AI-powered columns.\n\nDevelop signal-based outreach sequences using intent, job changes, funding, and other relevant buying signals.\n\nAutomate GTM workflows with tools such as n8n and connect data and outreach systems.\n\nUse AI tools and language models to support research, personalization, and campaign workflows.\n\nTrack campaign performance, analyze results, and improve reply rates, booked meetings, and pipeline generation.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nZero to three years of experience, with initial professional experience in outbound, lead generation, RevOps, or growth.\n\nHands-on Clay experience building your own tables with enrichment, waterfalls, and AI columns.\n\nExperience running outbound campaigns and measurable results, such as reply rates, booked meetings, or pipeline generated.\n\nExperience automating workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier, and using AI tools or LLMs for GTM work, including prompting or Claygent.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and the ability to build complete, practical systems rather than only operate individual tools.\n\nNative-level German and confidence writing personalized email or LinkedIn outreach.\n\nExperience defining target groups and qualifying leads with signals is valuable. Familiarity with Claude Code, basic Python or JavaScript, APIs, email deliverability, LinkedIn outreach tools, or CRM systems such as Pipedrive is also useful.\n\nOwnership, initiative, and a willingness to work full-time in a hybrid Berlin role.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €55,000 to €70,000 annually, plus €5,000 variable compensation. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.
