You will use strategic procurement expertise to build enterprise relationships, create opportunities, and close deals across Germany.\nWhat You'll Do\nOriginate commercial opportunities and lead them from initial engagement through to close.\n\nBuild relationships with executives and procurement leaders at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.\n\nLead consultative discovery on procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.\n\nRun customer and partner workshops that connect procurement expertise to commercial opportunities.\n\nHelp sales, business development, and deployment colleagues communicate credibly with procurement teams.\n\nRepresent the company in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.\n\nShare customer, market, and competitive insights to inform product and company strategy.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of practical experience in strategic procurement. Three to five years is preferred, with more experience welcome.\n\nExperience working with large German enterprises and Mittelstand companies, and positioning offerings within strategic procurement programs.\n\nExperience engaging directly with C-level executives and procurement leaders.\n\nFluency in German and English.\n\nCommercial drive, ownership, and comfort working in a changing, founder-led environment.\n\nExperience originating, advancing, and closing commercial opportunities, plus leading consultative customer conversations.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary and meaningful equity.
