You will manage guest operations and help turn real-world experience into clear, scalable processes.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport guests throughout their journey, from booking inquiries through check-out, making informed decisions with AI support.\n\nCoordinate tasks and priorities across remote teams, customers, and external service providers.\n\nIdentify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.\n\nBuild and improve operational processes based on guest cases and day-to-day learnings.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nNative German proficiency and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.\n\nA completed university degree in business administration, communications, economics, or a related field.\n\nExperience in guest operations, customer service, hospitality operations, short-term rentals, or property operations, including handling guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, or check-outs.\n\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing operational priorities under time pressure.\n\nA structured, analytical approach, sound independent judgment, and strong communication skills.\n\nExperience recognizing process improvement or automation opportunities across recurring workflows.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: €40,000 to €45,000 annually.
