This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational member of a fast-growing, fully remote team operating across the US, Canada, and LATAM.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.\n\nDesign, develop, and own complex features and software components end-to-end.\n\nDeliver robust, scalable, and thoroughly tested code across the full stack.\n\nEstablish engineering best practices and help build the foundation for a high-performing, healthy engineering culture.\n\nCollaborate closely with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers on the team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired:\n8+ years of software development experience.\n\n3+ years of experience contributing to system design or architecture.\n\nStrong full-stack proficiency using TypeScript/JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend - we're targeting well-balanced full-stack engineers or those with a strong frontend/React focus.\n\nSolid experience with React.\n\nProven track record leading platform architecture decisions and setting technical direction.\n\nExperience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence at scale.\n\nProficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery; ability to architect, deploy, and operate scalable services in a cloud environment.\n\nExperience modeling, querying, and optimizing MongoDB schemas for performance at scale.\n\nStrong testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, and deliverables.\n\nComfortable working as part of a fully distributed remote team.\n\nNice to Have:\nBackground in fintech, financial tooling, or data-intensive SaaS platforms.\n\nExperience with spreadsheet integrations (Excel, Google Sheets) or data pipeline tooling.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: $185,000 - $240,000 USD annually\n\nFully remote role with a distributed, international team\n\nVisa sponsorship available\n\nLocation\nFully remote.
