It's a great fit for someone coming out of consulting or a strategy background who is ready to get into the operational detail.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.\n\nAnalyze operational workflows to identify process improvement and cost optimization opportunities.\n\nSupport supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.\n\nManage ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory levels, and key operational metrics.\n\nCommunicate across internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nUp to 2 years of professional full-time experience, with a background in consulting, strategy, or an operations-focused role.\n\nHands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics functions.\n\nExperience in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment, with familiarity with customer fulfillment workflows.\n\nProficiency with ERP systems or logistics management tools; exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.\n\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders such as producers, warehouses, and software providers.\n\nStructured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nFull professional fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 40,000 to 60,000 EUR annually.
