You will connect with marketing, SEO, and content leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations and book qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.\nWhat You'll Do\nMake daily cold calls to marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers to start conversations and qualify interest.\n\nBuild and maintain prospect lists, using Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT for research, enrichment, and personalized outreach.\n\nRun outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, and email, testing messages and improving performance based on results.\n\nAttend industry events across the DACH region, engage prospective customers, and book follow-up meetings.\n\nQualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule demos, and keep prospect information up to date in the CRM.\n\nShare structured feedback on objections, customer needs, and competitor activity with the broader team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to two years of experience in an SDR, BDR, customer success, or similar sales or prospecting role.\n\nFluency in German and English, with experience setting appointments through cold calling.\n\nHands-on experience with phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach, plus AI assisted prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.\n\nExperience selling SEO tools or working directly with SEO teams, and familiarity with buyer personas and topics such as AI Overviews and traffic loss.\n\nExperience participating in trade shows or industry events, and willingness to travel within the DACH region.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €55,000 to €80,000 annually.
