This hands-on technical leadership role connects enterprise data systems to reliable analytics, working closely with product engineering and customer IT teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign multi-tenant architecture, reusable data models, and access controls that keep customer data isolated and queries performant.\n\nBuild data cleaning, reconciliation, and calculation foundations for spend analysis, supplier comparisons, benchmarks, and simulations.\n\nDevelop repeatable ERP integrations and synchronization patterns in collaboration with customer IT teams.\n\nOwn ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, and recovery for production data systems.\n\nCreate tools and workflows that make data onboarding, troubleshooting, and analytical feature development more efficient.\n\nExperiment with AI development tools and automate repetitive engineering work.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience building production data systems, including ownership of architecture and implementation.\n\nStrong SQL and Python skills, with experience in data modeling and query optimization.\n\nPractical experience designing multi-tenant systems with data isolation and access controls.\n\nExperience integrating enterprise systems such as ERPs and working directly with customer IT teams.\n\nExperience owning ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, and recovery in production.\n\nBackground in data-intensive B2B SaaS or fintech is useful; procurement experience is not required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary and meaningful equity.
