You will ship production AI services and full-stack features designed for reliability, safety, and measurable user impact.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain agentic systems that automate multi-step workflows across healthcare, legal, fintech, logistics, and compliance.\n\nOwn RAG pipelines and retrieval infrastructure, including vector databases, embeddings, and indexing.\n\nImplement multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling, memory, and reasoning capabilities.\n\nDevelop evaluation, testing, safety, and monitoring systems to measure performance and catch regressions.\n\nShip full-stack products by designing APIs and data models, writing frontend and backend code, and operating production systems.\n\nCollaborate with product, design, and company leadership to prioritize work and iterate based on user feedback and telemetry.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to eight years of software engineering experience delivering shipped user-facing or backend products, including professional AI engineering experience beyond academic research.\n\nProduction experience deploying LLM services, including prompt design, orchestration, and tool integration.\n\nProficiency with Python and TypeScript/React or equivalent, plus cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and relational or NoSQL databases.\n\nWorking knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.\n\nExperience designing API-driven, high-throughput systems and real-time product features.\n\nExperience building automated tests, evaluations, and monitoring for production AI systems.\n\nFamiliarity with agent or workflow frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI and orchestration tools such as Temporal or Trigger.\n\nEnterprise or multi-tenant systems experience, or experience in regulated industries, is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary: $150,000 to $180,000 USD.
