You will ship production LLM services across the stack, with a focus on reliability, safety, and useful outcomes for customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain agentic systems for multi-step workflows across areas such as healthcare, legal, fintech, logistics, and compliance.\n\nOwn production RAG pipelines and retrieval infrastructure, including vector databases, embeddings, and indexing.\n\nImplement multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling, memory, and reasoning features.\n\nBuild evaluation and safety infrastructure to track model performance, identify regressions, and support reliable enterprise use.\n\nDevelop full-stack AI products, including APIs, data models, frontend and backend features, and production operations.\n\nUse CI/CD, testing, monitoring, user feedback, and product telemetry to improve deployed systems.\n\nWork with product and design partners to prioritize work and define success measures.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to eight years of software engineering experience delivering shipped user-facing or backend products, including substantive AI engineering experience in a product-focused setting.\n\nProduction experience deploying LLM-based services, including prompt design, orchestration, and tool integration.\n\nFull-stack proficiency with Python and TypeScript/React or equivalent, along with cloud experience such as AWS or GCP and relational or NoSQL databases.\n\nWorking knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.\n\nExperience building automated tests, evaluations, and monitoring for production AI systems.\n\nExperience designing API-driven, high-throughput systems and real-time product features.\n\nExperience with agent or workflow frameworks and orchestration tools; familiarity with fine-tuning or multimodal models is also useful.\n\nBackground in multi-tenant or enterprise systems, or regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, or legal.\n\nEnd-to-end ownership, sound engineering judgment, and a collaborative, user-focused approach.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $150,000 to $180,000 annually.
