You will help shape the platform and infrastructure layer that enables developers to manage workloads across multiple clusters.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild platform features in Go, including custom Kubernetes operators and controllers.\n\nDesign GitOps workflows with ArgoCD to support continuous deployment.\n\nCreate infrastructure-as-code patterns with Terraform and Helm to provision and manage clusters.\n\nWork on distributed storage using Ceph and WEKA for scalable, high-performance environments.\n\nDevelop observability and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana to surface cluster health and performance.\n\nImprove container networking with Cilium, with attention to security and observability.\n\nDesign federated Kubernetes architectures for multi-cluster management.\n\nBuild automation that reduces operational work for developers running production workloads.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of software development experience, with around 5 years preferred.\n\nHands-on experience writing Go for Kubernetes environments and managing production Kubernetes clusters at meaningful scale.\n\nExperience with distributed storage such as Ceph or WEKA, and designing multi-cluster or federated Kubernetes architectures.\n\nPractical experience with GitOps and ArgoCD, plus infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or comparable tools.\n\nFamiliarity with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana; open-source infrastructure contributions are a plus.\n\nKnowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, container networking, and cloud platforms is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $180,000 to $210,000 annually.
