You will take product ideas from initial hypothesis through production deployment, helping customers automate workflows and make better use of operational data.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and ship autonomous or semi-autonomous agents that solve real-world customer problems.\n\nOwn product initiatives end to end, including agent logic, backend and frontend development, deployment, and customer iteration.\n\nBuild tools for procurement workflows and contract management, and pursue other product opportunities.\n\nWork directly with customers to validate solutions and improve products based on their needs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of engineering experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up, with products shipped and owned end to end.\n\nExperience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.\n\nProduction proficiency with TypeScript, plus experience with NestJS and React.\n\nExperience owning product work across backend, frontend, and customer feedback cycles.\n\nFull professional proficiency in spoken and written German and English.\n\nExperience with GCP, Hasura or GraphQL, and Flutter is useful, as is familiarity with construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary of €80,000 to €120,000, plus equity options.
