You will build reliable, user-focused products that bring AI capabilities into practical workflows, working closely with product and design to deliver measurable outcomes and help shape technical direction.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn product features end to end, from scoping requirements through production deployment.\n\nDesign APIs and data models, and build frontend and backend functionality.\n\nShip and improve user-facing experiences using customer feedback and product metrics.\n\nIntegrate AI and LLM capabilities into product workflows with a focus on reliability.\n\nBuild scalable backend services, data schemas, and operational tooling for testing, monitoring, and deployment.\n\nCollaborate with product and design on priorities and success measures, and contribute to architecture and roadmap discussions.\n\nMake pragmatic technical tradeoffs suited to a growing startup.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2 to 8 years of software engineering experience, including delivery of user-facing products.\n\nProduction full-stack experience with TypeScript and React or Next.js, plus backend development in Python or Node.js.\n\nPractical experience integrating LLMs or other AI services into production applications.\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL and AWS or GCP.\n\nStrong product judgment and end-to-end ownership, with comfort working in a small team and navigating ambiguity across frontend, backend, and infrastructure work.\n\nExperience with multi-tenant or enterprise-ready systems, APIs, real-time systems, or high-throughput applications is valuable.\n\nBackground in regulated industries or complex internal tools is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $150,000 to $300,000 annually.
