You will coordinate the calls, follow-ups, and checks that move candidate introductions toward booked interviews.\nWhat You'll Do\nCall and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and help them prepare for initial conversations.\n\nFollow up with hiring managers to gather timely feedback on introduced candidates.\n\nReview candidate lists for fit, location, salary alignment, and prior responses before sharing them with clients.\n\nKeep statuses, notes, and next steps accurate and current in team systems.\n\nInvestigate recurring operational problems and implement fixes or propose improvements.\n\nUse AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, and review the resulting work.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience managing several concurrent tasks or open items while keeping follow-ups on track.\n\nExperience making outbound calls to people you do not already know.\n\nEvidence of career growth through promotion, increased responsibility, or broader scope.\n\nExperience using AI tools or automation to streamline repetitive work.\n\nA completed project or initiative you took on independently, and experience handling sustained high workloads or competing priorities.\n\nAbility to identify and resolve a recurring operational issue. Recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, candidate coordination, scheduling, or recruiting operations experience is relevant.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
