# Operations Associate

About the Role A Series A/B AI recruiting and talent-matching company is hiring an Operations Associate to help its recruiting and sales teams move candidate introductions through to booked interviews. You will coordinate closely with the team and help keep candidate, client, and internal workflows accurate and moving. What You'll Do Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations. Follow up with hiring managers to collect feedback on introduced candidates. Review candidate lists for accuracy, including role, location, salary, and prior candidate responses. Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, while reviewing their output.
