You will report directly to a founder and own real parts of the business from day one, with a clear path to a full-time role after 3 to 6 months. The expectation is simple: if something is manual, you automate it away.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, appointment scheduling, results delivery, and retention.\n\nCoordinate day-to-day operations across laboratory partners, phlebotomy clinics, supplement manufacturers, and clinicians.\n\nBuild internal tooling and automations using tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, and scripting where needed.\n\nPerform hands-on kit-packaging operations and handle B2B customer support.\n\nDesign and document operational playbooks that scale customer volume without scaling headcount linearly.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n0 to 2 years of experience; strong academic background or equivalent hands-on operator experience welcome.\n\nFluent German, required for coordinating with labs, clinicians, customers, and the local team.\n\nDemonstrated, hands-on experience building automations and workflows with no-code or scripting tools (n8n, Make, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Python, or similar).\n\nComfortable owning end-to-end processes with high autonomy, this is not a shadowing or support-only role.\n\nAutomation-first mindset: the goal is to eliminate manual work, not administer it.\n\nWilling and able to work on-site in Berlin five days per week.\n\nAvailable for a 3 to 6 month internship with genuine intent to convert to full-time.\n\nEU/EEA work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: 30,000 to 36,000 EUR annually.
