You will coordinate candidate introductions and hiring manager follow-ups to help keep recruiting activity organized and moving forward.\nWhat You'll Do\nCall and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations.\n\nFollow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on introduced candidates.\n\nReview candidate lists for fit with role, location, and salary requirements.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate statuses, notes, and next steps.\n\nIdentify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.\n\nUse AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, reviewing their output for accuracy.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSome experience in customer service, recruiting, scheduling, support, sales, or another customer-facing coordination role. Prior internship experience is not required.\n\nStrong organization and follow-through while managing multiple tasks.\n\nComfort speaking by phone with people you have not met before.\n\nCuriosity about AI tools and automation; prior use is helpful.\n\nBased in Utah, preferably the Salt Lake or Utah County area, or able to commute to Salt Lake City or Lehi for in-person days.\n\nAvailable 20 hours per week for three months starting in November 2026.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nPay is $20 to $25 per hour for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid in Salt Lake City or Lehi, Utah.
