You will build its processes, metrics, tooling, and automations, partnering directly with the COO and working closely with Product and Engineering.\nWhat You'll Do\nHandle operational cases directly at first to identify process gaps and establish meaningful performance metrics.\n\nDesign and launch production automations, then validate them with live workflows and measure their impact.\n\nScale automated agents across your domain while reserving human review for high-risk or complex decisions.\n\nWork alongside Product and Engineering to specify agents and build operational tools.\n\nCreate and maintain escalation paths, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.\n\nImprove throughput while keeping operational processes efficient and headcount stable.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience building products or processes in banking, fintech, payments, or crypto, or consulting experience with regulated financial services.\n\nExperience shipping production workflow automations or agents, including AI or LLM-based systems where applicable.\n\nHands-on operational experience, such as queue management, case handling, or transaction processing.\n\nExperience owning end-to-end operational domains, including process design, SOPs, KPI definition, and tooling.\n\nAbility to define and optimize operational metrics and collaborate with Product and Engineering to build systems.\n\nRelevant experience in regulated financial services, with exposure to compliance, risk, financial crime, payments, or settlement operations beneficial.\n\nExperience building or scaling operations in an early-stage or high-growth environment is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $180,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site in New York, New York, United States.
