You will build and improve its processes, metrics, tooling, and automations, working closely with Product and Engineering to increase operational capacity while keeping teams lean.\nWhat You'll Do\nHandle operational cases directly at first to identify process gaps and establish meaningful performance metrics.\n\nDesign and launch production automations, then measure their impact on live workflows.\n\nDevelop agent-based systems that automate routine work while keeping human review for high-risk decisions.\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering to define and build operational tooling.\n\nCreate and maintain standard operating procedures, escalation paths, and domain-specific KPIs.\n\nImprove throughput and reliability without relying on proportional headcount growth.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nApproximately 3 to 6 years of experience, including hands-on operations ownership at an early-stage technology company.\n\nExperience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or another regulated financial services environment.\n\nA track record of shipping production workflow automations or agents, rather than prototypes alone.\n\nExperience designing end-to-end operational processes, including SOPs, KPIs, and tooling.\n\nHands-on familiarity with queue management, case handling, transaction processing, or similar operational work.\n\nAbility to work directly with Product and Engineering teams to shape operational systems and tools.\n\nExperience with payment operations, compliance, risk, or financial crime workflows is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $180,000 to $220,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site in New York, New York.
