Operations is the place where growth either compounds or breaks, and this role exists to make sure it compounds.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun core operational processes reliably day in, day out, executing pragmatically when something needs doing today.\n\nBuild the processes, SOPs, and automations that allow volume to grow without headcount growing with it.\n\nSet up dashboards and KPI tracking that surface problems before customers notice them.\n\nSeparate the critical priorities from the noise and keep the team focused on what actually matters.\n\nWork directly with founders across multiple operational domains, with full visibility into the product, numbers, and plan.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3 or more years running core operational processes at a fast-growing startup, consumer, e-commerce, marketplace, or healthcare company.\n\nA track record of building and deploying processes, SOPs, or automations that eliminate repetitive manual work.\n\nHands-on experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable, and/or AI workflows.\n\nStrong proficiency with KPIs, dashboards, and spreadsheet-based analysis.\n\nGeneralist operational profile with hands-on execution across multiple domains; no middle-manager background.\n\nFluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.\n\nExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry environments is a plus.\n\nScripting or programmatic automation experience beyond no-code tools is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary of EUR 60,000 to EUR 95,000 depending on seniority, plus equity. No visa sponsorship is available; local work authorization for Germany is required.\nLocation\nOn-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
