You will turn client positioning into measurable creative work, from initial concepts and messaging through finished Figma designs.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop creative strategies and design ad creatives and landing pages informed by performance data such as CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.\n\nTranslate B2B positioning and offers into compelling visual designs using Figma.\n\nJoin strategy meetings and work with clients to refine creative direction.\n\nPlan creative tests, develop hypotheses and variants, and evaluate campaign results.\n\nManage multiple client projects in parallel and deliver high-quality work at pace.\n\nReview performance feedback and iterate on creative to improve effectiveness.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nApproximately 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio showing your own digital design work.\n\nExperience designing performance ad creatives in Figma, with examples of paid social or paid search work and documented results.\n\nFamiliarity with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads creative, and an understanding of B2B audiences and positioning.\n\nNative-level German and the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.\n\nAgency experience, motion design, video editing, AI tools, copywriting, or Webflow experience are helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €45,000 to €65,000 annually. This is a permanent, full-time position with a six-month probation period. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office.
