You will turn client positioning and offers into creative work designed to improve measurable campaign results, from the initial concept through finished designs.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop creative strategies and design ads and landing pages using performance data such as click-through rates, cost per lead, and conversion rates.\n\nTranslate B2B positioning and offers into compelling visual designs in Figma.\n\nTake part in strategy meetings and work with clients to refine creative direction.\n\nPlan creative tests by developing hypotheses, designing variants, and evaluating performance.\n\nManage multiple client projects and deliver high-quality work at pace.\n\nUse campaign feedback to iterate on designs and improve their effectiveness.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nApproximately 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio showcasing your own ad creative, landing page, or web design work.\n\nExperience designing performance ad creatives in Figma or comparable professional design tools.\n\nExperience creating paid social or paid search creatives and evaluating results such as click-through rates, cost per lead, or creative test performance.\n\nFamiliarity with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads creative requirements, and an understanding of B2B audiences.\n\nNative-level German skills and the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.\n\nAgency experience, motion design, video editing, AI tools, copywriting, or Webflow experience is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: €45,000 to €65,000. This is a permanent, full-time position with a six-month probation period. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office.
