You will shape creative direction from the initial messaging through finished designs, helping clients improve measurable campaign results.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop creative strategies and design ads and landing pages using performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.\n\nTranslate B2B positioning, offers, and audience insights into compelling visual designs in Figma.\n\nCollaborate with clients and colleagues in strategy discussions to refine creative direction.\n\nPlan creative tests, develop hypotheses and variants, and assess campaign performance.\n\nManage multiple client projects, delivering high-quality work independently and at pace.\n\nUse performance feedback to iterate on creative and improve its effectiveness.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nA portfolio showing personally created digital designs, such as paid ads, landing pages, or websites, rather than template-only work.\n\nExperience designing performance creatives in Figma for paid social or paid search, with documented results such as CTR, CPL, or creative test outcomes.\n\nExperience translating B2B positioning and audience insights into effective ads or landing pages.\n\nFamiliarity with creative for Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.\n\nNative-level German and the ability to own client work independently.\n\nAgency experience or skills in motion design, video editing, AI tools, copywriting, or Webflow are beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary of €45,000 to €65,000. Permanent full-time position with a six-month probation period. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office.
