You will help shape the platform and its architecture while making complex infrastructure easier for developers to operate.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild platform features in Go, including custom Kubernetes operators and controllers.\n\nDesign GitOps workflows with ArgoCD to streamline continuous deployment.\n\nDevelop infrastructure-as-code patterns with Terraform and Helm to provision and manage clusters.\n\nWork with distributed storage technologies such as Ceph and WEKA for scalable, high-performance storage.\n\nCreate observability and monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana to surface cluster health and performance.\n\nBuild and optimize container networking with Cilium for security and observability.\n\nDesign federated Kubernetes architectures for multi-cluster management.\n\nAutomate recurring infrastructure tasks and reduce operational overhead for developers running production workloads.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of software development experience; approximately 5 years is preferred.\n\nHands-on experience writing Go for Kubernetes environments and managing production Kubernetes clusters at meaningful scale.\n\nExperience with distributed storage such as Ceph or WEKA, and designing federated, multi-cluster Kubernetes architectures.\n\nExperience with GitOps and ArgoCD, plus infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or comparable tools.\n\nFamiliarity with container networking, CNI plugins, or service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms and managed Kubernetes, automation, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.\n\nExperience with GPUs, bare-metal infrastructure, or open-source cloud-native projects is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $180,000 to $210,000 USD annually.
