You will help develop the platform and systems behind reliable, multi-cluster infrastructure.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild platform features in Go, including custom Kubernetes operators and controllers.\n\nDesign GitOps workflows with ArgoCD to streamline continuous deployment.\n\nCreate infrastructure-as-code patterns with Terraform and Helm to provision and manage clusters.\n\nWork on distributed storage using Ceph and WEKA.\n\nBuild observability systems with Prometheus and Grafana to surface cluster health and performance.\n\nOptimize container networking with Cilium and related technologies.\n\nDesign federated Kubernetes architectures for multi-cluster management.\n\nAutomate recurring infrastructure work and reduce operational overhead for production workloads.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of software development experience, with around 5 years preferred.\n\nHands-on experience writing Go for Kubernetes environments, including production-scale cluster management.\n\nExperience with distributed storage such as Ceph or WEKA and federated, multi-cluster Kubernetes architectures.\n\nExperience with GitOps and ArgoCD, plus infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or comparable tools.\n\nFamiliarity with container networking, CNI plugins, service meshes, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.\n\nExperience with cloud Kubernetes offerings, bare-metal infrastructure, or GPU workloads is useful.\n\nAutomation experience and contributions to Kubernetes or other open-source infrastructure projects are valued.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $180,000 to $210,000 annually.
