You will not just write code, you will design, build, and ship complete systems that solve real operational problems in one of the world's most complex industries.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full lifecycle of autonomous agents: from problem definition and hypothesis to deployed, production-grade system.\n\nBuild across the entire stack, agent logic, backend, frontend, and iterate directly with customers to validate solutions.\n\nDrive end-to-end product initiatives such as fully autonomous procurement agents that handle material orders from requisition to posted invoice.\n\nBuild contract management tools that give construction companies real-time visibility across all active contracts.\n\nPropose and pursue your own product ideas if you see a high-impact opportunity on the platform.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3 or more years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up environment, with shipped products you personally owned end-to-end.\n\nA proven track record of exceptional professional achievement in a high-performance engineering environment.\n\nExperience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.\n\nProficiency in TypeScript, NestJS (backend), and React (frontend) for production systems.\n\nExperience taking software from zero to production deployment.\n\nComfort collaborating directly with customers to iterate on and validate product solutions.\n\nFull proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.\n\nFamiliarity with Flutter for mobile development is a plus.\n\nExperience with GCP and Hasura or GraphQL APIs is a plus.\n\nBackground in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary of 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually, plus equity options. A dedicated learning and development budget is provided. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nLocation\nOn-site in Munich, Germany.
