You will work across applied AI products, agent configuration experiences, integrations, and the systems that power them, with direct impact on real customer outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild an AI coworker that configures agents, debugs issues, connects to external systems like CRMs, calendars, and email, and delivers direct answers in place of dashboards.\n\nBuild and optimize voice agents for speed, reliability, and quality at scale.\n\nExtend agent capabilities to multi-channel interactions including calls, WhatsApp, and email with shared memory and state.\n\nDevelop memory systems that enable agents to reason across entire customer flows.\n\nBuild observability and tracing tooling to make every degraded interaction easy to understand and debug.\n\nImplement channel-routing logic so agents select the right communication channel for each situation.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProduction experience building and owning product features and the distributed systems behind them.\n\nProficiency in Python, FastAPI, and/or TypeScript in backend production environments.\n\nExperience with real-time audio systems or voice infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores in production.\n\nExperience building with LLMs, AI agents, or agentic systems in production.\n\nExperience building asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state management.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nStrong software fundamentals across frontend and backend; comfortable picking up unfamiliar domains quickly.\n\nBias toward action, strong product sense, and focus on business outcomes over technology for its own sake.\n\nNice to have: experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration tools, multi-channel communication integrations, observability tools such as OpenTelemetry or Honeycomb, or React frontends with TanStack.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: EUR 85,000 to EUR 160,000 per year, plus equity.
