You will shape the design system and human-in-the-loop experiences that help users understand, review, and act on AI-generated work.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the product.\n\nBuild interfaces connecting users with AI agents and their data sources.\n\nCreate workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs, including exception handling.\n\nConduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product intuition and UX craft.\n\nHands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.\n\nExperience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.\n\nA track record building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps.\n\nPractical experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM product features, and the ability to design clear, trustworthy user experiences.\n\nExperience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.\n\nPrivate-markets or financial-operations experience is helpful, along with comfort working closely with a small team and iterating quickly.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: €70,000 to €110,000 annually.
