You will own the product roadmap end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to shape how the platform evolves and delivers real customer value.\nWhat You'll Do\nStructure and evolve the product roadmap, translating strategy and real-world constraints into clear execution plans.\n\nBreak down complex problems into well-scoped initiatives and features the team can ship with confidence.\n\nDefine product goals, success metrics, and trade-offs in close collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders.\n\nBalance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture, making deliberate choices about what to build and when.\n\nCraft clear narratives around features, articulating why they exist, how they fit together, and what customer problem they solve.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n6+ years of experience in product management or product leadership, with a solid and consistent track record.\n\nDemonstrated experience building or managing complex B2B or platform products.\n\nSystems thinker who understands how individual features interact within a larger product ecosystem and can reason about second-order effects.\n\nComfortable working closely with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, architecture decisions, and long-term scalability.\n\nExperience defining product goals, success metrics, and managing trade-offs across multiple stakeholder groups.\n\nClear, transparent communicator who documents decisions, assumptions, and reasoning so cross-functional teams stay aligned.\n\nBackground in identity, payments, or fintech is a strong plus.\n\nExperience in remote-first or distributed team environments is a plus.\n\nLocation\nFully remote, open to candidates based anywhere within EU timezones.
