You will work closely with founders and team leads to bring in people who can help build and advance AI evaluation and reinforcement learning infrastructure.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.\n\nPartner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.\n\nBuild and improve recruiting operations and tools, automating workflows where possible.\n\nFind candidates through high-signal and unconventional sourcing channels.\n\nScreen candidates for technical ability, product and market intuition, and potential demonstrated through portfolios and projects.\n\nLearn the product well enough to engage technical candidates credibly.\n\nSupport onboarding and help develop performance review, leveling, and feedback processes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter owning full-cycle hiring for technical and go-to-market roles.\n\nExperience working independently in an early-stage startup.\n\nExperience building recruiting operations and automating workflows.\n\nCreative sourcing skills and a track record of evaluating candidates beyond resumes, including through portfolios and projects.\n\nAbility to understand and communicate technical concepts and assess non-traditional candidate profiles.\n\nFamiliarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay, and experience using AI or vibe coding to automate workflows.\n\nExposure to or ownership of people operations, such as onboarding, performance reviews, or leveling.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
