You will own recruiting across technical and go-to-market roles, working closely with founders and team leads to bring in people who can shape the team's next stage.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.\n\nPartner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.\n\nBuild and improve recruiting operations and tools, using automation to make workflows more effective.\n\nSource candidates through high-signal and creative channels, and assess candidates using portfolios and projects as well as resumes.\n\nDevelop a strong understanding of the product so you can communicate technical concepts credibly to candidates.\n\nSupport onboarding and new-hire ramp, and contribute to performance reviews, leveling, and feedback systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting across technical roles, including engineering and product, and go-to-market roles.\n\nExperience working at an early-stage startup and in consulting.\n\nStrong candidate evaluation skills, including the ability to assess technical competence, product and market intuition, portfolios, and non-traditional backgrounds.\n\nExperience building recruiting operations and automating workflows; familiarity with tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay is useful.\n\nComfort with AI-enabled workflow automation and a practical understanding of technical concepts.\n\nStrong organization, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines.\n\nExposure to People Operations or HR, including onboarding, performance reviews, or leveling.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
