You will design, integrate, and validate drone-based robotic systems, helping enable safe and reliable delivery operations from early prototypes through field testing.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and integrate robotic mechanisms, sensors, actuators, controllers, and drone payload systems.\n\nDevelop control, navigation, path-planning, and obstacle-avoidance solutions.\n\nProgram and test robotics software with ROS or ROS 2 and C++ or Python, including simulation-based validation.\n\nIntegrate flight controllers, companion computers, communications links, and telemetry with drone systems.\n\nBuild, troubleshoot, and independently validate robotic systems in the field.\n\nCollaborate with mechanical, electronics, and software teams on prototype development and deployment.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in robotics, UAV systems, or autonomous systems.\n\nStrong foundations in robotics, including kinematics, dynamics, control theory, PID, and system integration.\n\nProficiency in C++ or Python, ROS or ROS 2, and Linux; familiarity with MATLAB.\n\nKnowledge of PX4 or ArduPilot, MAVLink, motors, ESCs, batteries, and flight controllers.\n\nExperience with IMU, GPS or RTK, LiDAR, sensor fusion, or GPS-denied navigation.\n\nEmbedded systems experience with microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi or Jetson, actuators, and debugging.\n\nPractical experience in prototyping, simulation, flight-log analysis, and field validation; familiarity with CAN, UART, or I2C.\n\nA relevant degree or equivalent foundation, plus evidence of hands-on projects or other practical building experience.
