As part of the sales team, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify their needs, and book meetings that help turn outbound conversations into revenue.\nWhat You'll Do\nProspect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, with a baseline of 100 or more calls per day.\n\nUse established outreach plays and refine them based on results.\n\nQualify prospects, including executives and operators, by learning about their property operations, software, and guest communication challenges.\n\nBook qualified demonstrations and share customer feedback, objections, and promising segments with sales colleagues and company leadership.\n\nTest messaging and outreach sequences, and track conversion at each stage.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience in sales development, including quota-carrying or high-volume outbound work.\n\nExperience qualifying prospects and booking meetings with executives and operators in enterprise accounts.\n\nExperience in a B2B SaaS startup and in a relevant sector such as hospitality software or AI; experience selling technical products is preferred.\n\nProficiency with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and dialers; Salesforce experience is a plus.\n\nComfort making 100 or more outbound calls per day, strong phone communication, resilience, and a habit of sharing effective approaches with the team.\n\nA bachelor's degree.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nOTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) is $90,000 to $140,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
