You will introduce recruiting services to startup founders and hiring leaders, turning outbound conversations into qualified sales meetings.\nWhat You'll Do\nMake daily outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders, explain the value of the recruiting services, and book qualified meetings.\n\nReach prospects through email, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, and follow-up sequences.\n\nUse prospect lists, CRM and sales outreach tools, dialers, and AI tools to manage outreach efficiently.\n\nResearch prospects enough to make conversations relevant while maintaining a consistent pace of outreach.\n\nWork with founders and the sales team, incorporating call feedback and coaching into your approach.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, appointment setting, or another phone-heavy, high-volume customer-facing role. Early-career applicants with relevant customer-facing experience may also be considered.\n\nExperience making outbound calls and using CRMs, sales dialers, or outreach sequences.\n\nComfort speaking with new people, sustaining a steady volume of outreach, and responding constructively to feedback.\n\nExperience selling to founders, hiring managers, or small-business owners, or a background in recruiting or staffing sales, is useful.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools or automation in sales workflows and startup environments is a plus.\n\nBased in the United States and able to work in the Salt Lake City area. This is an individual contributor opportunity for someone early in their sales career.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with $85,000 to $105,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) at target. Commission is uncapped. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nHybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah.
