You will build qualified pipeline, help establish repeatable go-to-market processes, and progress toward owning full-cycle deals.\nWhat You'll Do\nIdentify prospective customers and generate qualified pipeline through targeted outreach.\n\nContact prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and build relationships with potential customers.\n\nManage sales pipeline and keep customer and prospect information current in CRM tools.\n\nDevelop and refine outreach strategies and contribute to a repeatable sales playbook.\n\nProgress toward managing and closing deals end to end after demonstrating strong performance.\n\nContribute to building the sales team and its processes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nDirect sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment.\n\nA track record of consistently exceeding sales targets or other performance KPIs.\n\nComfort with high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn, as well as CRM pipeline management.\n\nStrong business sense and the ability to understand different companies' needs.\n\nFluent German at C2 or near-native level, and professional English proficiency at B2 to C1.\n\nA hands-on, collaborative approach and willingness to take on practical day-to-day sales work.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual base salary is €75,000 to €85,000.
