You will own the English-speaking top of the sales funnel, qualifying prospects and passing strong opportunities to Account Executives to support revenue growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nQualify inbound leads generated by marketing and identify prospects ready for a demo.\n\nRun outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.\n\nBuild and improve outreach sequences by forming hypotheses, testing results, and iterating.\n\nCoordinate qualified demo handoffs to Account Executives and support customer onboarding.\n\nHelp shape sales development processes and take ownership of day-to-day execution.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least one year of sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or telesales.\n\nHands-on experience with SDR top-of-funnel work, rather than primarily enterprise Account Executive experience.\n\nExperience with multichannel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including refining outreach sequences.\n\nNative or C2-level English proficiency.\n\nB2B SaaS sales experience is preferred.\n\nA competitive, metrics-driven approach and motivation to perform in a commission-based environment.\n\nWillingness to work from Vienna for approximately one to two months temporarily.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: £50,000 to £75,000 annually. The role offers uncapped commission.
