You will qualify prospects, hand off strong opportunities to Account Executives, and help refine the sales development approach within a small, fast-moving team.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage English-speaking prospects from first contact through qualified demo handoff.\n\nQualify inbound leads generated by marketing.\n\nConduct outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.\n\nDevelop and improve outreach sequences by testing ideas and measuring results.\n\nHelp build and refine sales development processes.\n\nSupport customer onboarding and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nNative or C2-level English proficiency.\n\nAt least one year of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales development or telesales.\n\nExperience with multichannel outreach and iterating on sales sequences.\n\nB2B SaaS sales experience is preferred.\n\nA competitive, metrics-driven approach and motivation to work toward performance-based compensation.\n\nWillingness to work from Vienna temporarily for approximately one to two months.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: £50,000 to £75,000 annually.
